What counts as a booking?

A booking is a patient who has paid a deposit to hold a consultation slot in the clinic's diary. An enquiry, a form fill or a phone number does not count. No deposit, no booking, and no fee to the clinic. Every booking is traceable in the PatientFlow portal, with the full WhatsApp conversation behind it.

This is a stricter measure than most agencies report. "Cost per lead" counts anyone who fills in a form. "Cost per deposit-paid booking" only counts patients who have committed money to turning up.

How does £36 per booking compare?

Agency estimates for the UK market put the cost of a booked injectables treatment from paid ads at £55 to £140, and the cost of a Meta lead for injectables at £14 to £38 (toopixels, 2026; an agency estimate, not an audited benchmark). At £36, Dr Motox's cost per deposit-paid booking sits at the level most clinics pay for an unqualified lead.

How does PatientFlow book a deposit-paid consultation?

  1. Meta ads run from the clinic's own ad account, so the clinic owns the account, the budget and the data.
  2. Every enquiry gets a WhatsApp reply in under 60 seconds, day or night.
  3. WhatsApp qualification covers the treatment the patient wants, whether they are suitable, their timing, and which clinic suits them.
  4. The patient pays a deposit through the checkout to hold the slot.
  5. The booking lands in the clinic's diary and in the portal, with the full conversation, so the clinic team starts the consultation already knowing the patient.

Can I check these numbers?

Yes. Dr Motox has agreed to take verification calls from clinic owners who are considering PatientFlow. Ask on your call and we will arrange it.

What does it cost a clinic?

A £2,000 one-time setup fee, then £75 per deposit-paid booking. There is no monthly retainer. The clinic funds its own Meta ad spend from its own ad account, from about £1,000 a month. The guarantee is 50 deposit-paid consultations in 90 days, or we keep working at no extra cost until they land.
